The Shepherd of the Hills Ram Cafe is proud to offer a variety of breakfast and lunch options for our Shepherd family.

Chef Tony Zavala and his staff do as much scratch and speed-scratch cooking as possible, with an emphasis on providing meals that are well rounded and feature fresh cut fruits, salads, and vegetables. We are also proud to be a training kitchen for the Culinary Institute of America, hosting and mentoring culinary students during their 15 week internships.


A-la-carte breakfast offerings are available each morning. Breakfast items include low-sugar cereals and fresh fruits, as well as hot items such as waffles, kolaches, french toast, fresh baked biscuits, bacon, and fresh scrambled eggs. Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Milk, and Water are available as well.


We are proud to offer a six week rotating menu which features various cuisines including American, Mexican, Italian, and Asian. Grilled chicken salads, features of the month, and side salads as well as hot and fresh baked potatoes are available each day.
